Yes, I've finally decided. I'm moving. As usual. I can never stick to one blog for long. Oh, how I wish I could. But after awhile I just get so very frustrated with something or other and I just need to start over again with a clean slate.
And just when I got it good too, eh? I've been getting so many hits to my site but I also feel bad that some of the hits come from people looking for an actual Cupcakes and Muffins website. Hahaha.
I have a few posts up already. That was in between deciding whether to move or not. Basically testing the waters and seeing if I could like it. I decided that I did.
Do update your links, your bookmarks, your RSS. I'm moving to: http://burgersforbreakfast.blogspot.com!
I'm so sorry, CnM. There are so many good memories here. Sigh.

i found a hero's youtube account
Serious! Adrian Pasdar (plays Nathan Petrelli in Heroes) has a YouTube account.
Although most of his videos are only a minute or less.. it is really interesting to see a lot of the Heroes cast not being actors on the show. I love the way he shoots the videos and especially his use of the background music.
If it had been any other guy out there, his videos might've not been so great, I guess. But then again, he's got good editing skills as well as the talents of so many other actors at his disposal.
He doesn't have pay them for being in his videos either! Hahahaha. I'll share some of my favourites!
In the order of oldest to latest:
Starring Greg Grunberg who plays Matt Parkman, the mind reading police officer. It's just TOO CUTE.
Video #2: Forbidden Fruit
Starring Sendhil Ramamurthy who plays Mohinder Suresh. One seriously intense video. Will he eat it? Oh, the suspense!!
Video #3: Grunny Goes Nuts!
Starring Greg again. Going mad in the labs. Oh, and you will finally get to see a little bit of Adrian in this one too.
Video #4: Wipeout
Kristen Bell, one of the new heroes is in this one. She is amazingly hyper in about EVERY video that he took with her in it.
Video #5: Pit Stop
I find this one incredibly funny. The description Adrian had put for this video was:
"Wasn't sure what day it was. Called Milo. He always knows."
Video #6: Emmy Night
As the title implies, it was Emmy night. Again, Kristen Bell being overly hyper. She's really got some dance moves there. Hahaha!
Video #7: MaSi
Masi Oka, otherwise known as YATA man, YATA dude, or that guy who plays Hiro Nakamura, the one with the coolest power (in my opinion) - teleportation and time travel - getting stabbed in the eye by the make up lady. Aww. Poor Hiro!
Video #8: ORANGE JULIUS
Hayden Panettiere, the cheerleader who has the power to heal herself sort of in an immortal kind of way, or Claire Bennet, is just too cute.
Note to self: Must use the word "some" with caution.

calling all creative, smart, gorgeous, beautiful, caring, loving people, and in other words.. YOU!
I feel like making a new blog. You know me.. after awhile I just need to start afresh, anew again. I've already decided on a template too. Haha. Just that I have not decided on the new blog name/address. I will still be sticking to using Blogger. I'm practically married to Blogger by now. Been using them for over 5 years now. Hahahaha! Goodluck tracking my old blogs. I actually deleted some of my old ones. I was so stupid to do that. Urgh. So sad. Don't think about it.
I've figured out two names.
- Burgers for Breakfast
- Goddess Next Door
For example, if Burgers for Breakfast is going to be my new blog name, the address would translate to http://burgersforbreakfast.blogspot.com and Goddess Next Door would be http://goddessnextdoor.blogspot.com.

been going to brunei three weeks in a row
I'm cleaning up my room now - yay!
Queen of procrastinating!! SIGH!
I got the hiccups four bloody times today! Maybe something's wrong with me. It was all really funny though. I got it first in church. So totally embarrassing!! My hiccups are always embarrassingly loud, for one. When I started having them, people kept turning around to see what was making that awful noise! Hahahaha. ME!! Then I was still having it when I went up to receive holy communion. Hahahahahaha!! Bodoh!! Then in the middle of saying prayers.. very loudly, I will go HIC!! making my cousins all laugh. Then in the middle of giggling I will HICCUP!! and there we go all over again. Vicious cycle!
My cousin said, "Cis. People so concentrated on praying already and then suddenly cannot think! It's like.. ring ring... ring ring... ring ring... I'm sorry. Your call has been disconnected. Please try again later. No time even for the other person to pick up!"
Second time during breakfast. Eeeps. Thank goodness Yakin is a very noisy place! Third time when I was in the car on the way to Supa Save (Yes, I went to Brunei, again.) and the boys laughed at me. Evil beings they certainly are! And the fourth was just not too long ago. My dad says if I get the hiccups a lot, it might mean that there's something wrong with my diaphragm. He says I should go see a doctor. Grr.
Anyways, the reason why I went up to Brunei today was because Iqbal invited me for lunch at Escapade, tempting me with tales about the 100 dollar sushi boat filled with every single sushi that they served at that restaurant.
Went up with.. Iqbal, Mark, Alywin, Roger, John, and Kelvin. Didn't hear a peep out of Kelvin at all. First time meeting him and all. Maybe he didn't know anyone else there at all? First, pictures of people that were there! Except for one guy - Roger. Didn't have any good pictures of him.
Iqbal (the one who invited me) dunno talking about what. So I made it up.
I think they might've been trying to take some picture. Guy in green is Kelvin and guy in grey is John. Hehehehe. No need to see their faces la.. cos I dunno them very well so don't want to post their pics up.
Left is Alywin. Right is again, Iqbal. So funny I accidentally caught them making the same kind of face when I snapped them.
The lovey dovey couple, Mark and Kim. Yuck.
We ordered the party set. Sushi and sashimi - 50 dollars.
The aftermath! You can always count on boys to finish. Hehe.
Mark acting all happy now that his belly is full.
After I was done eating. But I admit I didn't eat much. Cos I had quite a number of dim sum from breakfast. Not done digesting! But I did enjoy the food.
I wonder who this was.
Then we went to Super Save - I bought lamb cutlets, steak, and mushrooms. Haha. Doing my mother's bidding. Then Mark and I had kebabs. Non-stop eating, ok! I can't resist good food!!
On the drive back. From my point of view.
Teruk. I was playing around trying to take a picture of me with him sleeping - turns out he was pretending!
The hot afternoon sun - 5.13pm
And lastly! An excerpt from a chat I was having with my cousin. After showing him pictures of food from lunch!! Muahahaha..

kota kinabalu trip slideshow
Kota Kinabalu.. In a nutshell.
I haven't blogged completely about my KK trip and I don't think I will. So I made a slideshow (using Windows Movie Maker *sad*) using the pictures we all took. I got tired of waiting for the videos that we took using Hazman's video cam to be sent to us. I made this slideshow actually weeks ago. And only just last week on Thursday did I get the videos that were actually supposed to have been sent to us four months ago. Hmph.
Day 1 - Here.
Day 2 - Hazman brought Wani and I to the Heritage Village. Wiena wasn't with us cos she stayed at a hotel the previous night. Went to the village in the morning. The most interesting there was the lamparan which was very very cool. It was a feature in the Murut House, if I'm not mistaken. The lamparan is like an indoor trampoline. The Murut House is like a long house, but in the middle of the common area, there is a trampoline built into the floor. Their trampoline is made out of ratan and bamboo. What the Murut people do is that they have a special occasion where the men and ladies of the house jump on the lamparan and try as hard as they can to reach something that they would hang from the rafters of the house - like a pinata. It's pretty cool cos you can jump really high on that thing. Sweet. I walked out of that house planning my future house around having a lamparan in it as well.
That night we planned to have a BBQ. The BBQ which was supposed to have started at 5pm, only started at 10pm. Can you imagine?? Everyone planned to meet up by 5pm by the beach. Hazman, Wani and I decided to drop by a bit late because we won't be the ones bringing anything important. And also since Hazman said it's alright cos we were still at the Heritage Village. BUT. We ended up being the first people there. We were ready by 6pm! The other guys all decided to come only at 9pm. And the cooking only started at 10pm. The eating at 11pm. These bunch of guys are really the worst at being on time. Four hours late, ok!! (I don't advise any of you girls to date these guys) By the end of the night, I probably only had two chicken wings because I was starving but it took so long for them to cook the food, plus - it rained on us. Also, they cooked so little on their first batch that we had to wait again for the second batch to be done. Pfft.
Day 3 - This cast includes: Hazman, Wani, Wiena, Halim, and I. Today we drove up to Kundasang - which is someplace high enough for you to touch the clouds. Dropped by a little restaurant on our way up - we were the only patrons there. The weather was cool. Dropped by a golf course (starting with Wani and her red umbrella). Wow. I can't imagine people driving up there just to play golf. No wait.. Actually, I can. Golf fanatics can be quite crazy. Then we visited the Mersilau Resort (starting with Halim and his camera). It was a really nice place. It was gorgeous. Maybe one of you guys can try going there someday. I like the string of pictures where we were all laughing at something. Maybe Wiena cos she's the only one not laughing.
Btw, we ran into some car trouble on the way up where there was smoke coming from the tyres and we had to remain calm and smell the smell of burning rubber for days after. It was scary and I was really worried. We were almost in the middle of nowhere. But we survived - hurrah.
We dropped by a nursery on our way down to look at flowers. Wow. We sound so old! Looking at flowers?? Hahahahaha!
Then we went to another touristy place (starting with Hazman and I sitting together). I forgot what that place was but we stopped by there to get a drink. By then, most of us had hands turning white - especially me. But it was only cos I went to use the bathroom and washed my hands - the horror!! Hahaha. They didn't have warm water and the cold water was freezing. Plus, the fact that it was raining on and off didn't help. Isn't Halim so very cute posing like a cute little chinese girl with the peace signs? Bluek! Hahahahaha.
We also stopped the car by the road on our way back to look at the clouds (starting with Hazman sort of looking at his car door). They were so near it was so cool. One of the most memorable moments:
Wiena: Oh, so nice!! Cannot see anything!! (referring to the clouds all around us)
Me: *very sarcastically* Oh, so nice... cannot see anything...
Everyone: Hahahahahahaha..
Hazman: Good one, Kim!
Hahaha. Poor Wiena!! I didn't mean to mock her though. That's just how I am. That was like a reflex with me. Later that night, we went to the Colourball the pool parlour we went to one our first night (starting sidewalk with turtles). Very cute turtles, btw. Of course we played pool, just that I didn't include any picture of us doing that tonight. And that last picture of day 3 is of Hazman and Awang - our two lovebirds. Hahahahahaa!!
They're straight. Just very good friends. They're such good friends that they sit and hug and act all gay in public. Ew. These people are very weird. It's not only these two but it's almost all of them. They all like to act gay with one another. Throughout my entire trip there it was almost like watching some soap opera with all the love triangles that exist between these guys. But it was hilarious anyway. Hahahaha!
Day 4 - Yay! We finally went island hopping!! We almost didn't make it because of those boys. *rolls eyes* Want to do this and do that but always tak jadi because why? Because they're so bad at planning and they're always late. This was our second last day in KK and we were already leaving tomorrow afternoon so it was great that we managed to go. All thanks to Wani, who forced Awang to bring us! Yay, Wani!! Cast and crew for this segment: Me, Sanjit, Awang, Halim, Wiena, and Wani.
The harbour was scary! Even before we parked the car, there were people trying to pull us into going to the islands with them. All of them were competing for our money. But it was really distressing. One guy actually ran after our car to be the first to us. Lucky Hazman was there. Sigh. If not, us three girls.. dunno how la. Anyway, I didn't like that experience.
We went to three islands: Sapi Island, Mamutik Island, and Manukan Island. I'm impressed with my own memory. Hahahahaha!! The ride was fun, the wind in your hair, and the sea spray all around you. Hahaha. But the boat was scary. The floor seemed very fragile and soft. Everytime we hit a wave, the floors on our boat would compress upward. OMG. By the time we reached Sapi, my hair was soaking wet and I looked awful. Haha.
At Sapi we went on the trail. Apalah.. who the heck goes to the island and does tracking?? Hahahaha. We didn't expect the trail to be so long but for me it was fun!! I know some people didn't like it though. *cough* Wiena *cough* We saw a huge hermit crab. Call us suckers. We wasted quite some time on the trail. There's a funny picture of both Wani and I camwhoring in the middle of the forest though. Hahaha. At the end of the trail, we were so relieved. There were also these huge ass monitor lizards near the end of the trail. And I alsolutely despise lizards!!!! And these guys were huge... so disgusting. Yuck. I couldn't stand it. The rest of them were all taking videos and pictures of it - I ran away. :( Poor Awang. He got this huge splinter in his toe. Our resident doctor took care of that (Sanjit). We all went into the sea - yay. Everyone ended up going into the sea. Haha! Dunno why they all said that they didn't want to at first. So I went lah by myself and everyone ended up joining me. Yay me. After that, we left to Mamutik.
At Mamutik (starting at: omigosh it's back) I got pretty sick and had to use the toilet. The toilet was MY GOODNESS FUCKING AWFUL MOST DISGUSTING PLACE I HAVE EVER BEEN TO EVER.
There was SHIT EVERYWHERE!! Gross awful to the max. Shit on the floor, on the bowl, on the FUCKING WALLS. The sink. Like, WTF WTF WTF. But I was desperate and had to bear with it. I surprised myself by being able to tahan my vomit!!!!! Anyway, all we did at Mamutik was have lunch. Then we left again. There's nothing much at this island.
Manukan (starting with the pier) was nice with the sand and all. But I didn't swim much here. I couldn't. All the rocks and coral beneath my feet and everywhere was crazy. It hurt me soooo much I ended up giving up and leaving Wani, Wiena, and Halim to their play and joining Awang and Sanjit in the sand. The nutcases - Awang and Sanjit - were playing race cars in the sand. Pretending to drive cars, turn corners, slamming on the accelerator/brake, and making drifting noises. Strange people.
Soon, Wiena, Wani, and Halim joined us. So we all played sand together!! And we built a really special sandcastle. Hahahhahaa. So stupid. A lot of people were going by watching us. One malay lady commented, "Wah.. these kids are really having fun ah..." and there was this one guy who picked up two little fruits(?) and handed it to us saying that we should use them as nipples. So we did. Hahaha. It wasn't long after that that we had to leave though. How sad. It felt like such a short time that we spent at the islands. Next time, we'll do better!!
And that night, well.. look under Friday, 29th June 2007. Aww. They were so sweet!!
Day 5 - We came home the previous night at 3am and slept at 4am. Actually, we've been doing that everynight we've been in KK. Wiena says that I was drunk this night cos I kept talking and laughing to myself. I swear I wasn't!! I was just checking off my list of things to pack. Hahahaha. And laughing at myself for it didn't take long for me to pack. Maybe only 10 minutes. I was amazed at myself at the time. But I guess I might have been a little bit drunk lah. Cos I kept falling over myself. Oh yes, maybe that's why I was laughing too. Hahaha! I kept trying to sit on the floor but kept on falling on my back. Stupid me. Anyway, had the best sleep that night. Lol. Knocked out cold as soon as I was lying vertically on the bed. Hahaha.
Woke up early that morning again to get ready. I was the only one in the house who kept waking up first. And really early. Leaving me with nothing to do sometimes. Funny right? We all slept only at 4am but I always got up at 7-8am. Nuts.
Another funny thing that happened on this trip was that the night before we were gonna fly to KK, Wani called me to tell me to pack band-aids because she had run out. I've never packed band-aids or a first aid kit with me when I travel (bad Kimmy!). I didn't expect that we would actually be using them but I packed them anyway. What's funny was that every single day that we were in KK, at least one new person got a cut or something that required my band-aids. Hahaha. So funny, ok! Yes, people getting hurt is hilarious. Haha.
And that was it.
The End. :)

why in the world are there only the terms boyfriends and girlfriends and nothing else
"But there's no such thing as a manfriend, or an oldmanfriend, or a womanfriend.." I said in return.
"Oh but why?" asked Mark.
"Well.. because...." I started before I got cut off.
"You blog about it! Then I'll read it and get back to you", said Mark hurriedly.
"................................. WHY ARE YOU SO LAZY THAT YOU DON'T EVEN WANT TO MAKE CONVERSATION WITH ME ANYMORE, IS IT?!!"
But anyway.
Why in the world are there only the terms boyfriends and girlfriends and nothing else.
thoroughly and exhaustively researched by Kimberley.
A serious question was posed to me last night. Why, regardless of age, are the terms boyfriends and girlfriends used. This is a good question indeed. Why. Why aren't there instead terms such as manfriends, womanfriends, oldmanfriends, oldnagfriends, and such.
The answer is this: When these couples are around each other, they are magically reverted back to their teenage days where they might tend to ignore all others in the room, abuse petname calling, act on unthoughtful acts of PDA, and generally being too overly lovey dovey with one another.
Therefore, there can be no such thing as a manfriend, etc. as the term manfriend suggests that the individual to be mature about his relationship. Whenever a man turns out to be more mature about his relationship with his partner, he is no longer at the boyfriend/girlfriend stage. At that stage, he is called a husband.
But even at the husband/wife stage, they can still revert back to their teens/lovey dovey days by going out behind their partner's backs and getting a boyfriend/girlfriend - as long as they're not married to that person they will forever be lovey dovey in that relationship.
It all stops once they're married. Therefore, proven.

i've lost it, i'm giving up
Hey everyone, I seriously have to say that I very much despise my blog and have been thinking of jumping ship. Or moving house. Or something! I don't know. I hate the layout. Almost with a passion. I am throughly sick and tired of it. I hate the banner. I hate how cluttered everything is. I hate my more recent posts. And well, EVERYTHING. It's giving me a headache. Also a heartache. I just want to scream!!

i can't help laughing
1. Enrique Iglesias - Do You Know (The Ping Pong Song)
2. Shayne Ward - If That's OK With You
All thanks to some people who look like them in the videos. It's like, so funny! It's not either Enrique or Shayne in the video anymore, it's the lookalikes instead. And it's them singing or dancing or acting all emotional and it cracks me up!
Hahahahaa!!

witnessed my first dramatic car crash - yay
But I give up. I'll try fixing it again another day. I'll just leave it the way it is currently. Haha.
Boy, were we treated to a show or what!
Hahaha. We decided to go to Miri Cafe for our drinks. We were almost done with our first drink when we heard some screeching noise coming from the roads. I was facing into the restaurant, so I turned my head around to take a look.
I only expected to see some bastard driver being stupid again by speeding so much that he had to brake hard for the red lights. But hurrah, showtime!
Saw this white Kancil starting to spin out of control, that's when I turned my body so that I won't have to strain my neck looking behind me. At first it was alright, I really thought the driver could probably recover and stop his car, but that did not happen.
The Kancil spun three times, and then it's front right wheel caught the divider between the roads, flipped twice (that's when I went, "OMG." and covered my mouth. Yes, I'm such a clichรฉ), landed the right way up, kept on rolling, hit an oncoming Wira (not head on though. The front right corner of the Kancil hit the front right corner of the Wira), spun out of control (again!!), and finally stopped when it's back left wheel got wedged onto a divider which was the only thing that stopped it from falling into the drain.
What was amazing was that the police showed up a minute after the accident happened! Hahahaha!
Oh, and of course as with any other time a car accident happens in Malaysia, whether big or small, time is manipulated, time slows down! Cars on the roads which were before traveling at 80km/h suddenly slows to 40km/h. You know Malaysians.
These two guys (one Chinese and one angmo - how relevant is this?) that were sitting and drinking at a nearby table finished their drinks and walked over to the newly made crash site. Several waiters and waitresses also left to check the accident out. Found out later from the waitresses (by listening to their conversations) that there were three people in the Kancil but no one died. And that they're all fine despite the drama!
Mark left Laurence and I to check the scene out too after awhile. He returned not long after that saying that the cars were fine too. The cars were not crushed in so badly and were surprisingly still okay looking despite what they've been through. And that's strange if you consider how fragile, thin, and light the Kancil is.
Btw, I think the accident was caused by the Kancil driver him/herself when s/he was speeding, swerving in and out of traffic trying to overtake everyone on the road. So... HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAA!!
Hehehe.
This morning, as I was driving to campus. I saw a Kancil halfway into a drain with these two ladies sitting on the ground beside it. I'm guessing waiting for a tow truck to come by and help them out. Hahaha.
I don't know how they ended up driving their car into the drain so I won't laugh at them.
Why all these funny Kancils and their funny reckless drivers.
PS. I really pity the innocent Wira driver though.

something he'll never do sober
He told me I was very pretty.
Sang to me.
And talked in an Irish accent.
Hehe. So silly. I'm sorry. I love you, baby.
riding a human gyroscope
Last Saturday, I went up to Brunei to visit Mark since he wasn't going to come back down that weekend. He wasn't able to come down because he was busy moving. So I helped him out with moving a bit. Only a bit because most of the stuff were done already. Oh, and that day was a really hot day too! So we were lucky to be able to get away from all the moving chaos early.
Mark had promised me before that if I ever came down to Brunei, he would bring me to OGDC which is the Oil and Gas Discovery Center in Brunei. All because after coming out of the Singapore's Science Center, he claimed that the OGDC in Brunei was way better than the Science Center in Singapore. Which I had no problem believing because [explanation here].
Anyway! While I was there, I got to feed the fishes which was hilarious cos they were all fighting over the food we threw into the water. I have a feeling that they have been starving for days because it's the puasa season so not a lot of people have been visiting the OGDC - so the fishes have also been fasting. Hahaha!
I also got to ride the human gyroscope which they have at the OGDC. Sweet. I wish the ride had been more intense though. I have a feeling that the guys who were operating the gyroscope went easy on me. Cos I saw several videos on YouTube where the riders seemed to get a more intense ride. So unfair!!!! Well, check this out and forgive the Medusa hairstyle the gyroscope gave me:
That was fun, nonetheless. Although I probably shouldn't have gone on the ride. Hahaha!! Cos I read the warnings which usually has the normal warnings such as the ride is a no go for pregnant ladies, those with heart problems, etc etc, and one of them was also for those who have ear problems - which of course, struck at chord with me. The sign also said, "if in doubt, don't do it."
But I'm so silly and kiasu that I wanted to go on the ride anyway. Hahaha! And nothing totally bad happened so oh yeah! *pumps fist in air* They also had an earthquake stimulator which is this tiny house with four buttons inside. Small, medium, large, and stop. You get to go inside the house, select which size earthquake you would like, and the house will start shaking. It was interesting. But not so fun after the gyroscope.
I forgot I had taken a video of the earthquake stimulator. Hehehe. It's going to be an unedited 20 second video though. I'm sure you're curious enough to forgive me for that.
There was also a tornado stimulator, which was this glass enclosure which you were allowed to enter and at a flip of the switch, a tornado would form around you and you are also invited to stand in the middle of the tornado if you like. It was too bad that it didn't work. Greg and I were standing for minutes in that glass casing looking like right fools waiting for something to happen. Hehehe.
They were supposed to have closed by 3pm but they let us play around for an extra 15 minutes because we came so late. Hahaha! We didn't know that they would close early because it's the puasa season. Otherwise, they would close only at 5pm. So outside, we fed the fishes again and then we spotted something in their park:
No, I didn't play. It was way too hot out to stay very long. You know what's so hilarious? They actually cut off the crosses that you will find on top of the Kings! Sheesh.
You know, I rarely update on the weekends. So you guys are so lucky, eh?? So what if it's because Mark didn't come back this weekend either. Blah blah bloody blah.
iconic kiasu behavior
Kidding, Halim! I will forever fail at peeing standing up, ok?
Yes! Was done using paint! Finally settled on this one after soooo many attempts at getting a close to decent picture. Hahaha. But Wani will forever be queen of drawing cartoons of hilarious daily situations using paint. *bows to Wani*
Don't forget to check her blog out. She just posted some new drawings! Hilarious, as usual.
PS. I don't see myself drawing on paint again anytime soon.

want to see 24 minutes of your life waste away right in front of you?
the little bird incident
Omigosh! I just saw the most curious sight! The most awesome winds are blowing outside. It's so strong that when I looked out my window, I saw a bird hovering just outside my window! It's so funny!! You know that birds aren't able to hover, right? Well, this bird was trying to fly against the wind but it was so strong that it looked like it was hovering instead.
But the poor thing! The wind only got stronger and it was blown backwards. Hahahahaha!!
PS. Winds like these actually scare me a little cos they seem so violent. But the little bird incident was too cute!
you and i were made to get love right
Melee - Built to Last
Artist: Melee
Title: Built to Last
Album: Devils and Angels
Year: 2007
I'm in love with this song. It just feels very real. And I love when that perfect line is sung - cause this is real, and this is good, it warms the insides just like it should. And I absolutely love his voice. I know it's nothing out of the ordinary but the projection of his voice is perfect and it sounds as though he can sing anything. It's just another song that I feel very much succeeds in capturing that oh so special feeling. As much as I would like to wait, and use this song in a video compilation of all the lovey dovey pictures and videos that Mark and I might have together for our coming two year anniversary, I'm afraid I can't since I'm in possession of no such things. Also because I can't wait to share. But in any case, enjoy the song.
I've looked for love in stranger places
but never found someone like you
someone whose smile
makes me feel i've been holding back
and now there's nothing I can do
cause this is real, and this is good
it warms the inside just like it should
but most of all
most of all, it's built to last
it's built to last
all of our friends
saw from the start
so why didn't we believe it too?
now look, where we are
you're in my heart now
and there's no escaping it for you
cause this is real, and this is good
it warms the inside just like it should
but most of all
most of all, it's built to last
walking on the hills at night
with those fireworks and candlelight
you and i were made to get love right
cause this is real, and this is good
it warms the inside just like it should
but most of all
most of all, it's built to last
cause you are the sun in my universe
consider the best when we felt the worst
and most of all, most of all
most of all, most of all,
most of all. most of all
it's built to last

so called jet setter
However, now they're changing their plans and going over to KK instead cos all the hotels in Penang and Langkawi are booked full. Aww. But regardless, I would love to go as well! Maybe this time, explore the islands properly and go parasailing!! Was supposed to go last time I was there but some *ahem* people *ahem*. You get my drift. Plus, tickets over aren't so expensive. RM180 with return. Via MAS. Hehehehe. I checked AirAsia and it's more expensive to fly via AirAsia at this point, okay.
Fingers crossed that my parents would let me go. Then can stay at hotel too! They're planning to stay at Sutera Habour! It's been ages since I've stayed at a hotel. I don't want to count in the hotel that I stayed at in Singapore cos it kinda sucked. I would've called it an inn, not a hotel.
Hum dee dum. Oh, and I would like to play tour guide and bring them around KK. Hahaha! It feels like I can do that now after my last trip to KK. *blush* Now I'm just reminded how I only blogged about one day in KK. Aww. Shucks. Maybe I'll attempt a little compressed post about my trip. Later. Hmm.. reminds me about the Singapore trip too. And I haven't even gotten to the best parts of either one of those trips too.
I'm also praying to God that my ears will be able to survive the flights.. Sigh. I don't want to go deaf. Hmm.. yeah, I didn't mention that while I was in Singapore I caught a pretty bad case of the flu. My ears got blocked from me blowing my nose. That's never happened when I've caught the flu before. Anyway, the morning I was supposed to fly back to Miri, my aunt was saying something to me which I couldn't catch. So I said, "What? Can you say that again? I can't hear properly cos my ears are blocked."
To which she replied, "Oh. Then your ears are going to hurt a lot of the plane later. You better be careful and take care not to turn deaf!" That was scary to hear okay. I was worried but once I got to the airport, I forgot about it cos all I thought about was me getting home again. Yes, it hurt badly, especially on the descent. And we had to descend twice because we transited in Kuching. Singapore - Kuching - Miri. Kuching - Miri was the worst though. I felt like blowing my brains out with a shotgun by that time.
I can practically feel the veins in my head expanding and threatening to explode. Imagine that! I swore I believed very much at that moment that I was going to die. It hurt THAT much. I was close to tears on the plane and I couldn't even keep still from all the pain. I was rocking myself back and forth trying to relieve the pain but it didn't go away. I looked like a right nut then. But I survived otherwise I can't be here today. I think that's the way to survive life threatening situations. Embarrass yourself.
Anyways, was in a bad mood after that. And had an awful headache that lasted days. Searing pain that attacked the left back side of my head. Then I also started having toothaches. Went to see a doctor. He said I was lucky. I will explain it to you the same way he explained it to me.
This is what a normal ear looks like.
It's kinda gross to think of it that way, isn't it? But yes, apparently that tube is all stuffed up with mucus that it's practically pressing up against my ear drums causing it to curve outwards instead of it naturally curving inwards. According to my doctor, I'm very lucky that my ear drums did not burst during the flight from all the pressure. When he mentioned that I could've lost my hearing and especially when he said the word, deaf, it took a lot in me not to cry although the tears very much threatened to roll out of my eyes and onto my cheeks.
The idea that I could've been deaf. Maybe not completely, but enough to take away my joy in music. Audiophile.. Heh.
Went to see a dentist (just in case. I already suspected it had something to do with my flu) about my toothache. He asked if I had the flu recently to which I answered yes. He explained that it's cos of sinus and that it could induce pain in your jaws making it seem like a toothache. No, I didn't have to pay to see my dentist. Free consultation what. I think Malaysia's trying to encourage it's citizens to go see a dentist. See this poster that I saw outside where I was stuck waiting for my dentist and his assistants to come back from lunch hour. Hehe.
I sound fine about it now cos that was a few weeks ago and I had time to calm down. But I was advised by my doctor to make an appointment with an ENT doctor. Which I have this coming Sunday. I seriously doubt that he would say that it's okay for me to fly anytime soon. Cos my other doctor said that for me to recover and get better would take a few months. Up to 6 months even. And I don't want to risk losing my hearing, do I? Sigh.
cuss like a sailor
But the last two, no three videos I posted took days before it showed up. Very sad. Means I have to blog late. Grr. Not like anyone reads my blog but you know, blah blah blah. I just want to show no one something. Hahaha.
Erm. Today it rained. Hehe.
Eh, just now I almost got hit by some fucker's car. GERAM!! I show you how!
Gila babi betul. And he was like, 1 or 2 inches away from my car! And he had the atrocity to beep me! When he was clearly in the wrong! Excuse me, okay. I'm minding my own business and going into the correct lane. This fucker here was trying to come into MY lane. You think got two lanes there for what?! Only later then okaylah, you cut in and merge into one lane! Fucker. You don't bloody try to enter in the wrong lane. There are two lanes there for a reason! For those who turn right from the middle lane lah, duh. Like that bitch idiot man.
I wish these kinda people death, okay. But I didn't wish it on him. Usually I would but since he had his own kids with him in the car, I didn't want him to die yet. Just in case his car crashes with his kids still in there and I don't wish upon them any harm. Especially cos I assume that they're still innocent. Ha ha. Stupid stupid. This middle aged guy? I would've been more lenient if it had been a senile old man. But sheesh. Still young (middle aged) and already driving like some senile.
Sorry! Just me bitching again. Enough lah. These kind of people should drive off a cliff. Muahaha.

rules were made for a reason, rules are meant to be broken
I laugh when people die.
But only at stupid people who die in stupid ways.
Yes, I am so evil.
I say, "Serves him right!" at a mother who loses her child for being so irresponsible for letting her child use a motorbike when he's still under aged. Just because she's too lazy to drive him around.
I laugh at a family who loses a dad who choses to use a "shortcut" instead of the proper way around just because he drives a motorbike which means he can go off road. Just because it's only close by. Just because he's been using that illegal shortcut in years and nothing's happened.
Rules were made for a reason.
Rules are meant to be broken.
Rules were made for a reason.
being poisoned makes me sad
I feel like I'm having a hangover. Been passing in and out of sleep. Now I'm "awake". For the first time ever I feel like I need coffee to wake me up. Mweh. But I don't even take coffee. Sigh. *drops dead*

excerpts from old movies
I shrug. Lately, it doesn't feel like life has been kind to me, which pushes me into wistfully wishing that time could be turned. Either backwards or forwards, it does not matter. Although it is preferable that it went backwards because it means I get to correct my many wrongs. I won't bother dating, for one. Heh. Okay, I just won't bother dating jerks. I will learn to be more independent, I will learn to socialize. My social skills are the bleh and I will try my best not to grow up a fashion victim. Anyway, this bout of so-called depression caused me to long for what is now history.
They bring back fond memories of days past, scenes from old movies:
Curly Top (1935)
Plot summary: Wealthy Edward Morgan becomes charmed with a curly-haired orphan and her pretty older sister Mary and arranges to adopt both under the alias of "Mr. Jones." As he spends more time with them, he soon finds himself falling in love with Mary. [Source: IMDB.com]
Been looking for this movie for a long time now actually, cos I wanted to watch it again. So I ask people if they've watched this movie before and if they've downloaded it. No one has, btw. The last time I watched this was when we were still using VHS tapes. Nowadays, people rarely even still have the players to support them.
This is the orphanage scene where orphan Elizabeth Blair, played by Shirley Temple, entertains the rest of the orphans and sings Animal Crackers in my Soup in the eating hall while her sister, Mary Blair, played by Rochelle Hudson, accompanies her on the piano:
This scene is when Edward Morgan, played by John Boles, sings Curly Top to little Elizabeth Blair. I loved Shirley Temple. She had done so many movies that by the age of 10, she has already starred in over 40 movies and no wonder. She was so talented. She was 7 years old in this movie. Watch her tap dance - one of her talents that were a feature in many of her movies:
Lady and the Tramp (1955)
Plot summary: Lady, a golden cocker spaniel, meets up with a mongrel dog who calls himself the Tramp. He is obviously from the wrong side of town, but happenings at Lady's home make her decide to travel with him for a while. This turns out to be a bad move, as no dog is above the law. [Source: IMDB.com]
This is a behind the scenes look at how the song, He's a Tramp, was made for the film. Peggy Lee, a famous and talented American jazz singer, sang the song. Very interesting video. Nowadays, songs are recorded part by part and is then melded together in the end so that certain parts could be edited if not right. Back then, they recorded it all in one shot. Mark, you will love this clip:
The Sound of Music (1965)
Plot summary: Who doesn't know the Sound of Music? Of course starring the legendary Julie Andrews. I doubt you need this plot summary. If you still do, there's always IMDB. Could someone get me a DVD of the Sound of Music, or let me know where I can get one around here? I've been having a hard time locating one for myself. :(
I chose to show this scene because it's so full of naivety which is something I do miss about myself. Ah, how easily does the world change a person into a cynic. In this scene, Liesl, played by gorgeous Charmain Charr, sneaks out of the house to meet up with a messenger boy (sorry, I forgot his name). Btw, she's not really 16 going on 17 (as per song title) in the movie, she was 21:
The puppet scene where the Von Trapp children sing The Lonely Goatherd (which I also personally believe Gwen Stefani totally buthered) while entertaining their father, Captain Georg Von Trapp played by Christopher Plummer, and his lady friend:
This scene is at the Von Trapp party where the children sing So Long, Farewell to the guests their goodbyes which might also be my favorite song from the movie:
Little Voice (1998)
Plot summary: The pathetically shy LV (Jane Horrocks) lives the life of a recluse listening to her late fathers old records in her room and in the process driving her abusive, loud-mouthed mother, Mari Hoff (Brenda Blethyn), to distraction. At night, however, when her father's ghost visits, LV sings the songs of the great divas such as Judy Garland, Marilyn Monroe and Shirley Bassey. One evening LV is overheard by one of her mother's loathsome boyfriends, the disastrous dead-end talent scout Ray Say (Michael Caine), who recognises her innate talent and realises this is his last big chance for the glittering prizes. Gambling everything Ray Say forces LV to appear at a local run-down, seedy night club run by Mr. Boo (Jim Broadbent). As preparations for the big event proceed apace LV meets the equally shy Billy (Ewan McGregor), a pigeon-racing telephone engineer and they form a tentative, gentle friendship. The big night finally arrives and everything is in readiness the band, the club and even a big agent from London, but what about LV? [Source: IMBD.com]
This is the scene where LV performs at the nightclub, totally winning the crowd over with her singing talent. Yes, Jane Horrocks sang all her own songs:
This is the scene where LV refuses to perform any longer on account of being shy, she only promised to perform once:
Totally unrelated
Jane Horrocks, the actress and vocal impersonator, who played LV, being horrendously (in a good way) funny:

Music, song and dance are some of the things that all these movies featured, as I'm sure you've noticed. I love music and I know that you know that I know that music is one of life's greatest pleasures. Oh well, I'm sure you all think I'm like, so old now. Especially since I manage to quote movies from so many years ago and especially since they were released when I wasn't even born yet. Hahahaha! I miss movies like these.

i want i want i want whine whine whine
Okay. That's it. I just spent the afternoon going through pictures on Flickr and DeviantART and like, I want a dSLR camera too. Like, really. I wanted a nice little slim camera, like a T-100 or something although I know the quality of the picture would suck but I convinced myself that there's no way that I am so tebal muka to actually lug around a huge dSLR camera but now, going through all those pictures, I feel like my own camera is so inefficient. I want to be able to produce such amazing quality pictures too! Although, okay, it's not me who's producing them.. more like, the camera is. But that's beside the point. ROAR! Get me a good one, kay? :)

as she bangs her head on the wall
Right now, at this very minute, at this very moment in time, my right upper and lower jaw is giving me hell. How's that for real time blogging for you?? Thank you, mother of all flus. This hurts so bad. Bad bad bad bad bad. I might resort to looking for a twig in my garden later just to have something to chew on. I'm apparently too cheap to buy chewing gum. Urgh!!!

mark, there's a disclaimer in this post, ok?
I've been up watching Judge Judy episodes on YouTube. Teehee. I have no idea either how I ended up watching it. And I know Judge Judy's been around a long long time (11 years now) so it wasn't like I just found out about her. So, I hope you haven't seen these yet and well.. that you enjoy her show as much as I do. Oh, I do so love horribly mean intelligent people (disclaimer: except Mark). Others being the host of The Weakest Link, Anne Robinson, as well as Dr House, albeit fictional. Oh, and Simon Cowell too.
- This one was a pretty crazy case. And also the longest episode I've seen thus far. Usually one case would run a total of 9 or 10 minutes but this one broke the record and went on twice as long that it comes in 2 parts. Haha.
Part 1
Part 2
I do wonder who this guy is though. He seems to have spawned a lot of kids and have a lot of girls for him to spare. And if he did have the pick of the bunch, why did he ever go with this looney one? Or did he? Ahh.. - This case was just so sad. I feel bad for the ladies. One to have spawned a child with such a loser. The younger girl though.. I feel bad that she wasted all that money on such a guy and that she wasted her younger years believing she loved him. Yucks. Loser. Watch it. He sounds like such a loser to depend on a 18 year old when he's 10 years older than her to bail him out of jail, to pay back his debts, to get back his impounded car. Sheesh.
- Oh. This one was a bit strange. The defendant is a bit in over his head thinking that he's famous and that uh... throwing up on another person is fine. Watch it and all will reveal itself.
- This case here I think should be one of the more famous cases she has handled which involves an eBay scammer who believes she is not in the wrong when she sold pictures of a couple of mobile phones to buyers who unknowingly thought that they were bidding for actual mobile phones. I like how Judge Judy in this one went all ballistic and yelled at the girl for being a theif and stupid. I especially like the part where she said that she felt sorry for the children produced by this scammer and the thieving husband.

i found magic shoes
Sunday, 2nd September 2007
T'was Sunday so we all went to St. Bernadette's for Sunday mass. The Father has a funny way of speaking. Almost like Father Vincent, except with a Singaporean accent. And he still speaks faster than Father Vincent. Hehehe. Usually after mass, we would all walk across the street to Great World City mall for lunch and that's what we did.
We had our lunch at Crystal Jade Restaurant. It was damn full and we had to wait awhile before we could be seated. And then, we ordered so much food! Dim sum, peking duck, noodles, rice.. we were all full and still had a whole huge plate of untouched peking duck meat. So we took that away for dinner.
Oh, Great World has like, themed toilets on every floor. The one we went into had a Japanese theme and I think if you went one floor down there was an Egyptian themed toilet. Luckily I wasn't arrested for taking pictures in a public restroom. Hahaha!
I went to the cinema and bought movie tickets for my grandma, my sis and I. My grandma went to watch 881 first. My sister and I were going to watch Ratatouille but our movie was only at 3 so we went around the mall shopping. Whee. Bought myself a pair of flats from Dorothy Perkins. Usually these kind of shoes don't fit my feet but this one does! So I bought them. They are my magic shoes. Hahaha.
Soon enough, it was 3pm so Andy and I made our way up to the cinema. My mom and aunt sat in McCafe the whole entire time we were in the theater. Although I bought the tickets three hours before the movie was to start, most of the seats were already sold out. Also, since they did not provide me with a seating plan of the cinema, I was not sure how much in front our seats were. The girl said that Row C was the only row left that was furthest from the screen that were available. So I just said okay. How was I to know.
Once we went into the cinema, Andy and I found out that our seats were only three rows from the screen. Erks. Everything was super big and I was lucky I did not end up getting a stiff neck by the end of the movie. Got a little bit dizzy though cos everything was so huge.
Damn, Miri, our cinema is so sad in comparison. The cinema was huge, ok! There were so many rows of seats and the whole place was sold out. Poor people in the first row. I hope they managed to enjoy the movie despite having to look straight up just to watch it.
And their seats were soft and comfortable.. the armrests were large enough to share and there were appropriate places to place our drinks. Miri's cinema seats are falling apart, the cushions have gone down from all the bottoms that have passed through, the seats are shaky from awful people who couldn't sit properly.
Oh oh! And you know what?! NOBODY'S LOUSY HANDPHONE'S RINGTONE WENT OFF!!! And no one answered their handphone and talked loudly despite other people trying to enjoy the movie. Sigh. Mirians are so rude and inconsiderate sometimes.
Anyway, the movie was really fun and I enjoyed it! Oh, the way they made the food look.. the whole process of making a good soup.. how that little rat had so much passion to make good food.. that movie was so inspiring. I want to cook and transport others to heavenly places too!
Yes, I enjoyed the movie. It was funny, cute, and inspiring. The CG was once again, gorgeous. Hey, I want to go to Paris and try out all this "gourmet" food. I never understood gourmet food. Why they would make delicious things only to disappoint with how much they would serve you. It's like you can only have a taste of heaven, but you can't have anymore than that. I sound so greedy! But really. If their food was so nice, why do they torture themselves by having so little?
But I finally understand after weeks of not having any appetite! Cos the entire time I was in Singapore, I was never once hungry. I only ate because other people ate. And almost everytime, I wasn't able to finish my food. Maybe gourmet food are for people who don't have the appetite to eat. Hahaha!
After the movie, we all went home. And I decided to move to Evelyn so I went back to Marimosa with my aunt to gather my things but in the middle of packing everything back up, my mom called my aunt to say that we left our shopping bags back in McCafe! Oh no. My magic shoes!!
My aunt made a call to McCafe in Great World and luckily they found the bag. Phew! So after I was done with my packing, my aunt and I had to drive back down to Great World just to pick up that plastic bag. If we had lost it in Malaysia, the bag would've probably been taken. Gone! Haha. See how much faith I have in Malaysians. But you can't blame me cos you know it's true.
After picking up the bag, went back to Evelyn for dinner - our leftover peking duck meat plus a few extra dishes we managed to cook up.

hurrah another travel blog entry down
Friday, 31st August 2007
Today I stayed home and waited for my aunt to pick my mom, grandma, and sister from the airport. After she has picked them up, she came back and picked me up to go out for lunch. After that, came back to Evelyn (my aunt's new place where she hasn't quite moved into yet) because that's where she will be dumping my mom, grandma, and sis to stay.
That place is still new. No one has even moved into the next block yet. AND! The whole building is glass. And there are no curtain railings put up yet! So no one had any curtains. Eeee. You could practically look into your neighbour's place. You could also look outside and see all the rooms in the other blocks. They can do the same to you, be reminded. It's like living in a fish bowl. You have to remember at ALL times that you should not pick your nose, scratch your butt, or change in the bedroom.
What a hassle. But on this night I did not stay at Evelyn. Was still staying at Marimosa (which is right across the street) because all my stuff were still there and I was too lazy to move. Hahaha.
Saturday, 1st September 2007
Today, my aunt brought all of us out to Vivocity. First thing we did there was to have lunch. Well, we wanted to beat the lunch crowd. We went to Carl's Junior. Man, I so wish we had a NON-HALAL CArl's Junior restaurant here. But I heard that in Malaysia, Carl's Juniors were halal. Not to be rude or anything but sigh... non-halal bacon. See, that's why whenever I'm in Singapore, I also take the advantage to visit Kenny Rogers. Hahaha!
I don't even BOTHER to step foot in any of the Kenny Rogers restaurants in Malaysia. It's just not the same, seriously. I have this philosophy that to live life, you have to enjoy your food! If you're not broke or in desperate need of money, I don't think that when you order horrible food that you should waste your time in eating it. Just stop. Don't even bother doing that to yourself. It's your body and it's your life, you should enjoy it! Why waste time even feeding yourself such terrible things that might in turn make you sick anyway? But of course, everything in moderation! If you eat too much fast food, regardless of how good they taste and you don't exercise, you're only gonna make yourself sick as well.
Sigh. Miri has such sissy burgers. They're pale, limp, tiny, not even filling! When I eat burgers in Malaysia's McDonalds or KFC (oh, KFC is the worst! They have the tiniest, most sad looking burgers I have ever seen! It's even better to buy burgers from those roadside stalls, IMO). But Sugar Bun's burgers don't even look appetizing in the menu pictures. Now that is so sad. Anywho, pictures!!
Carl's Junior in Vivocity.
My Western Bacon Cheeseburger. It was one the only burger for meatetarians. Perfect for someone like me!
It looks so snug.
I took off it's blanket. Now it's naked in front of the whole world.
Looking under the hood.
It's as if it were sticking it's tongue out at you as a tease.
First bite.
Inside there's a beef patty, bacon, and onion rings. Oh, and cheese of course. As well as ketchup.
Last bite!!
After our lunch, what else could we do at Vivocity but to shop? Went to this one boutique (quite large) which sold relatively cheap skirts, blouses, dresses, and accessories. I feel bad. Going in there reminded me of a skirt I bought on my last trip to Singapore which I am yet to wear. Hehe. But I like that place. It's great. The clothes look very clean, classy, fashionable, and there's a lot of things to choose from and yet they retail for good affordable prices. Sorry I can't remember the name of the place though.
Then my mom and aunt convinced me to buy a formal dress, just in case. You know, since it was cheap and who knows if I'd ever need one.. and also, "Since your prom is coming up." said mom. So that day, I bought two dresses. Since when did Kim even wear a dress?? Yeah. Crazy, right. My purchases for the day:
Please God give me the guts to wear this. But please don't let people see my awful big gut that I have obtained over the months.
I feel guilty. Like, real guilty.
Oh well. So, is anyone going to the prom? I never planned to go but I don't want to let the dress go to waste. Haha. Anyone wanna be my date? Wait, I hear Mark whooping with joy that I asked that question in my blog. He's probably hoping someone will say yes too. Lazy boyfriend! I guess this means I will have to pester him to bring me either to the prom or somewhere super nice otherwise.
if i was a rich girl lalalalalalalalalaa
ARGH. I DUNNO WHATS THIS. I FEEL LIKE KIDNAPPING ALL MY FRIENDS AND GO TRAVEL THE WHOLE FRIGGIN' WORLD!!! Or just all the MAJOR CITIES. Obviously, I'm still have the travel bug in me! Having withdrawal symptoms from not buying anything today!! Aaaaaaaahhhh!! EH! COME, WE GO TO VEGAS? HOW ABOUT PARIS? AH, NEW YORK! UH, SINGAPORE? AHAAHAHA! I'm missing city life. Where have all the ESPRIT outlets gone?! Where are all the tall buildings? Gone are the billboards and brain washing medias! What happened to expensive tolls and parking fees?? HAHAHA. Okay, that I can do without. But one bad thing is that, I'M STILL SICK! I felt like I was dying on the plane and like my head was GONNA EXPLODE! I was so afraid that it really was going to happen. I could feel the veins in my head expanding to a what I thought was exceeding it's limit. WE NEED TELEPORTATION!

if you were in malaysia, for sure already kena kidnapped wan
I think my aunt was talking about how the babies were just walking and running around the mall by themselves. :P
Today, I will be blogging for:
Thursday, 30th August 2007
Today was the day that Min would fly off to Canada. I was supposed to have woken up at 6am to get showered and ready but I had such trouble waking up that I only managed to get myself out of bed at 6.50am. And we were supposed to leave the house by 7. I quickly showered but luckily I wasn't the only one running late. My uncle was also taking his sweet time getting ready so we only left the house by 7.30. So the blame didn't go to me. Phew.
Luckily we managed to fit all the suitcases into the car as well as ourselves. We had to drop Alex, my other cousin and Min's brother, off to school first so that's where we went.
Just random.
Alex had a big red pimple smack dab right in the middle of his forehead. He called it his "bangla pimple". He would also call out, "My brothers!" to the construction workers that worked by the sides of the road as we would drive by. I told him he was an embarassesment to banglas everywhere cos he's too fair.
Going over to the airport.
We reached the airport just in time too. Because they Min and her dad had to already head to the boarding gate as soon as they got their tickets and luggage checked in. Then we said our goodbyes.
Right after my aunt and I were done seeing the both of them off, we went.... shopping!! I feel guilty. Cos I've only been in Singapore a day and already I've been buying stuff for myself. Hehehe. This is me camwhoring in various fitting rooms. Actually, only Esprit and Giordano fitting rooms. And only because they had lighting in there so I was tempted to play around!! :D
I don't know how to take pictures of myself like this.
Camwhore.. I bought this tee too. It had my prince charming on the front.
I'm an XS, just so you can buy me more tees from Esprit. ;)
The shirt says Handle With Care. It's like advertising I'm so fragile. Hmph!
Fun with mirrors!
Dork!! I suck at taking pictures with the camera also in it. I should give it up.
I'm so yellow. This is the only picture I'm posting up that was taken in Giordano. Hee.
I bought myself 3 tees today and one pair of jeans. Together, my aunt and I probably spent about 300 dollars on clothes alone. Hahaha! But not only for ourselves.. we also bought things for my other aunts, my mom, my little sister, who would all be joining us tomorrow and on Monday.
A long time ago, back when you could seriously call me skinny (you can't do that anymore cos now I'm fat), I used to wear waist size 24 jeans if you had bought them from Giordano. After I gained weight, I had to use either 25 or 26. BUT! Guess what? The jeans I bought today were in size 24. Lol. But I'm still fat. Maybe the jeans were labelled wrongly. Because ah.. it still felt rather loose like it didn't fit me right and it doesn't make sense cos I still have my huge ass. Hmm! Oh, and it was the smallest size in the whole place. I went around and that was the smallest size they got. For all the jeans and pants that they carried. So like totally wtf man.
